Workin' downstairs can be fun when it rains

It was raining and I have big windows in the livingroom so I decided to move shop. It was really great. It was cool and quiet in the house. My dog layed next to me while I drank my coffee and drew my comic Astro Knight. It was nice.

I really like him. He's always fun to draw. He makes me feel... well I guess I feel like he's me sometimes. His quirks, the way he does things. Talk about gender issues... just kidding. I saw a book called Why an Artist Draws, I'm pretty sure that's what it's called but I'm going to have to pick that up. It sounded interesting. I never knew why I draw. I just couldn't imagine ever doing anything else. It just sort of happend. I grew up just drawing and escaping into my paper and pencil. Anyway I'll have to read that book some time.
